day to day IT operations and provide support to technical staff and sales team.

Position Description:

VinoPRO is looking for a Junior Windows Administrator / Help Desk to assist its sales
force automation platform and general IT systems. A qualified candidate will have an 
understanding of Microsoft IT administration as well as server configuration, networking, and

Technical Skills:

  • Active Directory
  • Hyper-V
  • Manage/motivate an IT operations team of 3
  • Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Remote Desktop
  • Windows 10 professional
  • Windows Server
  • Provisioning New Equipment

The ideal candidate will be familiar with one or more of Dell server and SAN hardware, Cisco
network switches and routers, Avaya IP voice PBX telephone systems, and opensource VPN

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Flexibility to deal gracefully with changes in priorities, scheduling and responsibilities
  • Ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively
  • Ability to self-organize and multitask
  • The position is partially remote (Work from home) and we have a local IT office in Rohnert Park that would be the location for onsite functions as needed.
  • Compensation package is competitive and commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
