Lead Customer Service Representative

LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

VinoPRO is currently seeking a full-time Lead Winery Customer Service Representative for our growing team in Rohnert Park. The right candidate will have strong customer service communication and leadership skills, and experience leading a team. We will train you to achieve in-depth knowledge of company and client products and programs to provide superior customer service for all internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively guide a customer service team through leadership and by example while also:

·Productively manage a large quantity of incoming calls

·Respond promptly to customer inquiries, both via phone and via email

·Keep accurate records of customer interactions

·Meet personal and team goals as well as call handling quotas

·Follow specified communication procedures

·Go the extra mile to engage customers

·Coach team behaviors for ultimate customer service

·Function as first point of escalation for the team



REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year team lead or other supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience mainly via the phone in an office setting; call center experience desired
• Verified consistent attendance and punctuality

• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
• Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• successful experience working cooperatively and professionally with clients, co-workers, and customers
• Experience working with computers and data-entry; minimum 45wpm
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule and hours may vary, but must be able to work a schedule that includes weekends
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must be at least 21 years of age
